Thread Starter | SPDIF to ADAT?
Hello everyone... I have Saffire Pro 40 with ADAT optical interface, now I want to buy Behringer Ultracurve DEQ2496 which has SPDIF but only optical connectors. My question is, can I connect just two channels of audio, simply out of Saffire Pro 40 ADAT optical out to DEQ2496 SPDIF optical in, and then vice versa? Thank you... |

Two different protocals, the optical cables are the only thing in common.

If the Saffire control panel doesn't give you the choice of ADAT or SPDif output via these optical ports, you're out of luck... or you could buy an adapter box so you could plug the coax ports of the Saffire in the Behringer box and vice versa. KA |
