What is the best EQ Plugin for vocals?

In most cases the EQ's of a an actual DAW (e.g. Cubase 6) are working very well.

For critical sources like vocals, e.g. where you have to cut and boost several frequencies with high Q amounts, I prefer the Sonnox EQ, because it sounds very smooth and less harsh. It's my go to EQ for vocals.

To add some low end and highs at a main mix I prefer the UAD Pultec EQP-1A emulations.

My vocal channelstrip in my DAW is a Waves De-Esser,then Sonnox EQ, then UAD 1176 to control the volume peaks of the vocals, then an UAD LA-2A to make the vocals more smooth after compression, then a stereo delay of Cubase 6, little Eventide DSP-4000 stereo pitch to spread out the vocals and a Lexicon 300, which I both insert as an external VST PlugIn.
At the end I limit the complete chain softly with an Waves L2. That's it.
