I´m sure that the sum of the parts will cost more than going to the full package.
But it´s nice to decide what you want/need to buy

Where did you see this?

I have my doubts since it would be a great deal to just buy random hall out of PCM and then the MPX or LXP bundle or no bundle at all. Unless they price random hall something like $500+ and it'd still be a pretty good deal.

They have been talking about potentially doing this since it was initially released... Not sure I would get too excited about it actually happening.

I may on occasion talk about some of the products I am a dealer for in my posts.. and that's OK! I sell them because I like them. Not vice versa. It's more fun to talk about things you know and love, then things you don't.

They should absolutely do it. No reason not to.

For one thing: they'd get me as a customer.

Yep... other companies have talked about it, too. We'll see if anything materializes on this particular one. I certainly wouldn't mind.

I paid $1K on ebay for my PCM bundle. Best money I ever spent.

Would I have liked the option to buy each separately? Sure....But now that I have all of them, it's like deciding which of your 7 children you'd want to disown. It's impossible. They're all great, in their own unique and special way.

Now that nobody special has left lexicon i'm wondering if this product is essentially EOL, is this just a way to recoup maximum $ before the plugs slide into incompatability?

That's what I was thinking. Support for the plugins has been pretty dire and now that NS has left where does that leave customers? Lexicon would have to price them very low before I would even consider taking the risk now. I'm still scarred from the $$$$ I spent on TC Powercore hardware and plugins.

Yep ex poco user here as well (actually its still sitting in the draw right beside me ... cant even sell the thing for a price that makes it worth my while putting it in a box and taking it to the post office..)

I would consider these lex plugs DEAD, look what happened to the pcm 96, lexiverb.. etc... released then abandoned.

I don't know anything about code, but why does one need the original programmer to make any updates? Wouldn't this make practically every piece of software somehow end of lined in case someone decided to quit their job? I don't see any need for anyone to touch the algorithms anymore so it's only making sure that the plugin works with future daws.. can't be impossible for someone else to do this.

I would think twice before starting rumours like this, every unsold lexicon plugin is out of their income, so when you spread black paint, you're also not making things any better.

I don't think its only a rumour that Lexicon starts selling these plugins separately - I just bought the PCM Reverb bundle yesterday and now saw this:
HARMAN’s Lexicon Now Offering Individual Plug-Ins from PCM Native Effects, PCM Native Reverb Bundles*

Oh well, I would have probably bought 5 of them anyways so probably ended up getting the whole bundle for the same price.

I'm surprised, but happy about this. Very interesting to see the pricing.

Great! I Think separate fx is a very smart move, considering that many people have tons of great reverbs, but maybe missing that very special random hall for example.. GOnna buy it immediately if the price is not too insane. Would never buy the full reverb bundle.

Great news! I'm buying random hall as well if the price is reasonable. It should be a great complement to my powercore 6000 reverbs.

They are in the online store with prices and all, but I get "permanently out of stock" when trying to purchase any of them. Seems like it's not quite up yet, but nearly there.

I just saw them up there too, but it looks like they have two sets of pricing for them. Which one is right?

Give them some more time to work it all out. One thing is for sure, the best deal will be to get the complete bundle.

I think they are going to be around $400/ each. But, I'm still waiting for clarification on some things.

Seems to work now. Pretty much different price for each plugin. Some are $400, some less.
