Yes I think so - it is the latest 5.1 version on an ilok

Just to clarify: I'm using AirEQ Native, not 5.1.

Just felt the need to add that since I bought this 3 years ago it's gone on every track I've made since. I recently tried comparing it with some other plug-in EQs and, quite honestly, it's the only one worth owning.

Just saying... buy it. Today.

I'm getting along with it better. Just don't consider the boost/cut numbers at all. After asking repeatedly for an explanation of the "special" gain/Q relationship, and not being given an answer, I finally came back to it.

I discovered that it seems to be the only digital EQ I have where gain follows Q. So, when you change the Q, you are changing the gain. IIRC, the actual gain in dB in only accurate at some really broad Q, like .2 or so.

It's pretty good considering the sound and all the features, but I think it's overpriced by today's standards. I got it for $180 in the group buy, including the dongle. I was unable to resell it for that amount.

I still love this eq. Not so much for bass stuff, but for wide-Q mid-high boost and cuts the AirEQ is great!.

I've sold AirEQ last year but i'll admit that this is my only EQ which i miss so much. My mistake. Truly unique and NO you can't clone curves with any other digital parametric EQ(as advice in digital eq myth busting website). I mean you probably can but you'll have to use 3 bell filters at least.

Truly nice piece of software. I like no curve display and gain reaction which is vastly different then in any other EQ. Well demo is so close so anyone can try it

It looks like French coders know their stuff, let's just hope Eiosis products will have a better support in the near future (I guess they'll end up in Slate's catalog, but that's only a guess).
