PRO TOOLS Latency fix shortcut?

Someone posted a shortcut like control "something" that would tell you the delay on the audio file then another shortcut to adjust the region by that many samples!!!

WHAT WAS IT????

do you have LE or HD?

with HD there is Automatic Compensation Delay.

you can also option (or is it control -- sorry, my PT rig machine is doing disk warrior games) click on the fader and it will toggle through the info.

I know about that but someone said there was a shortcut to automatically fix the delay. So you wouldnt have to zoom in and move it 256samples! This is for an LE system.... thats why I never use these!!! GRRRR.

found it...

Have you tried lowering the input buffer to like 256 or less? You should be able to record with those settings and then shift the audio by 256~ samples(ctrl+a on the track to select all then ctrl+h, type in your amount and enter). Not sure what you meant about the levels and mute thing, maybe try turning down, EQ'ing or compressing some of your tracks, haha.
