| PRO TOOLS Latency fix shortcut? Someone posted a shortcut like control "something" that would tell you the delay on the audio file then another shortcut to adjust the region by that many samples!!! WHAT WAS IT???? |

| do you have LE or HD? with HD there is Automatic Compensation Delay. you can also option (or is it control -- sorry, my PT rig machine is doing disk warrior games) click on the fader and it will toggle through the info.

| I know about that but someone said there was a shortcut to automatically fix the delay. So you wouldnt have to zoom in and move it 256samples! This is for an LE system.... thats why I never use these!!! GRRRR. |

| found it... Have you tried lowering the input buffer to like 256 or less? You should be able to record with those settings and then shift the audio by 256~ samples(ctrl+a on the track to select all then ctrl+h, type in your amount and enter). Not sure what you meant about the levels and mute thing, maybe try turning down, EQ'ing or compressing some of your tracks, haha. |
