Adobe Audition With Digigram VX222HR

Hey fellas,

I'm having problems getting my copy of auditon 3.0.1 to use the ASIO driver for my digigram VX222HR card. It will work (although slow) with the Audition drivers. Here is a list of hardware and software.

WIN 7 Ultimate 64
Adobe Audition 3.0.1
Digigram Driver Ver: 5.10.0.4235

2 Xenon 3.3 dual core Processors
12GB RAM

It just won't output or record. Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas?
