Thread Starter | Do 64 bit vst plugins work in 32 bit hosts like Cubase?
Here's my situation: Win7 64 bit Cubase 5 32 bit Should I get 64 bit versions of the plugins I'm interested in? Is there still an advantage if the HOST is 32 bit? Thank you! |

32-bit plugs will work fine. 64-bit ones wouldn't work at all in a 32-bit DAW, even if the OS is x64.

if you use jbridge you could use 64 bit plugs with a 32 bit host, it would enable them to use all available ram. jBridge | |

Exactly. Jbridge does it if your own DAW does not.
