Slow down track

I have a track at 143 and want to slow it down to 140 or so

whats the best program to do this without the sound being affected

Probably Ableton Live... though I doubt you'd want to spend that much money just for that task.

Audacity is free and can change the tempo of audio without affecting the pitch... but I believe the algorithm is nowhere near as advanced as Live's.

Almost any major DAWs are able to do that, including Reaper.

I have all of the above but would be best if I could do in Pro tools

its drums,piano,strings

dont know is that a major problem?

Um, did you know pro tools has been able to do this since version 8? Flex audio. Done and done.
