Clock Problem - Conversion??

so i was doing some demos yesterday in Pro Tools and aftwards while bouncing down, i realized i had the clock on my Digimax set to 48 with the pro tools session set to 44.1. For some reason there was no apparent clicking on the tracks but i can't figure out how to get the bounce out without it sounding much slower than the actual recording. if i leave the clock on the digimax at 48..it sounds fine on playback but the bounce is slow. if i set the clock to 44.1..it sounds bad on playback and the bounce is the same. is there any other way besides running the playback out to an additional recording device?
thanks

well i ended up doing two things. 1, i ran pro tools out to a tape deck and then re-recorded the mix into a new session. 2. used a free program Sound Hack to adjust the sample rate of the 44.1 bounce so that the time of the song matched that of the original.

I ended up using the tape deck version, even though a fair amount of high end was lost. we weren't super picky with the time in Sound Hack so it turned out to be a lad bit slower..but the audio quality remained pretty good (better than the tape transfer at least) this was for a rough demo so it didn't really matter..from now on i watch that little green light on my 002!
