Core Audio or Interface Audio?

Hi,
I have a quick question.
When I mix and master my project should my speakers be hooked up through my computers output or the output of my audio device?

Will there be a sound quality difference?

My audio device is the M-Audio Firewire Solo Heres a link M-AUDIO - FireWire Solo - FireWire Mobile Audio Interface for Songwriter/Guitarists
and the computer I'm using is the new 27" iMac

Will this have any impact on the sound at all?

Thanks guys I appreciate the help

Coreaudio is the driver technology - it's not "computer audio". both your Firewire solo and your mac audio have a coreaudio driver.

The reason you own an audio interface is because it's better quality than your onboard soundcard, so use it!
