Thread Starter |  make a drum sub mix
how can I make a drum sub mix in cubase sx3 to use with an external compressor? I've made a group channel,but with this I can only apply an effect on the whole group channel. I want to have two separated group channels where one stays dry and the other is squashed to hell and mix them to taste thank you! |

Make an FX channel and use your sends to do this.

Make a group.

Then make another group. Then use the send from the first group to send into the second group. But make sure that the group that is to be squashed is the group AFTER the main drum group. |
