Thread Starter | Latency; XP SP3
ok, I have a self-assembled music comp...
Having major latency issues despite having fully updated (and reinstalled multiple times) drivers for dx. Using Reason 5... I have "ASIO Directx full duplex driver" selected sample rate 44,100 input latency: 1 ms output latency: 92 ms i also just put a E-Mu 1010 PCIe in, but havent connected the breakout box yet (so no point in using the audio), but similarly when switching to "ASIO E-Mu"... sample rate 44,100 input latency: 1 ms output latency: 92 ms my monitors are going straight out of the eighth inch green port in the back via a stereo eighth to left right splitter. WTFFFFFFFFFFF! why when my drivers are fully updated, with a fully optimized computer am I having 92 ms of latency!!!!!!! I used to have under 10 when I was running a hackintosh last month on the same system. I switched my system to use ACID PRO 7 and support the E-MU 1616m drivers. FML!!!!
