+1 trillian. And trillian is not only a good fretless bass emulation. It emulates picked slapped bass etc.

Agreed on Trillian. TBH, it's not a flashy plug, but it's helped with the biggest problem I've had composing ITB, which is usable/mixable bass sounds that sit well and is flexible enough to be up front in a song or sit back and hold tight with the rhythm. I'm hoping for Spectrasonics to get in the drum sample game...something that works by itself and integrates with Stylus.
