Logic Pro dithering / SRC bug

Ok, I will post this thread in every Logic forum until there's a solution - this is driving me crazy.

THE DITHERING BUG
Sometimes (might work one time, might not work the other time I try) when I bounce, and apply dithering, I will get a "File Already Exists". In the folder there's a file with many digits, like "111267528" and the bounced file in 24 bits (regardless of choosing 16 bits). I'm guessing the digit file is the dithering not fused..

THE SRC BUG
Sometimes (again it might work perfectly one time, and not the other time, even in the same project) when I bounce and choose another sample rate (working in 44.1 but SRC to 48 kHz during bouncing), Logic will bounce and sample rate convert (I can see the sample rate convert window doing its stuff) - but the resulting file is NOT SR converted.

These are two enormously annoying bugs as it forces me to manually check each and every file I bounce.

Any suggestions are most welcome. I've sent this bug rapport to my Apple dealer too. It's killing me, there's no mention of this bug in the Apple Support Database (at least I can't find it).

I know of 3 other people with the exact same problem as mine, so it's not a totally local problem (although some unknown factor in common for the 3 of us might apply).
