Is This Good For ITB Mixing?

Can anyone suggest any other gear that I would need to mix completely ITB? Session examples: 48 tracks, rock & roll / R&B, standard stuff nothing too fancy.

I own:
G5 Dual 1.8 / 1g RAM
Mackie HR824
002r

Will get:
Cubase SX3
Benchmark DAC
Waves SSL Plugs
UAD-1
