Thread Starter | Samplitude Video Sync Problem
Hey, I'm scoring a track for a video, but the video seems to be out of sync in playback. However, it is not out of sync object-wise, as the picture previews and wave diagrams line up perfectly (and also worked last time I loaded it). So I thought it must be a latency problem and adjusted the buffer sizes up, also setting preload to 100% and playing back with preload. However, the video still doesn't want to playback in sync! I've even froze all MIDI tracks and unloaded all plugins and no cigar. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Dave |

Which version of Samplitude? What resolution is your video preview window set at? Have you posted on the user forum? I haven't noticed any video sync. issues during playback, or in the preview window, etc. Greg |

Is it hard out of sync (as in you notice it right away), or does it start out in sync and then slowly drift out? If it's the latter, it could be a framerate issue, such as you are running your project at video speed (29.97/23.98) and the vid was output at film speed (30/24). Or vice-versa) Or it's maybe a PAL/NTSC thing. If it drifts, is it about 15 frames out at 10 min? |
