I was interested in their Discord, which is inspired by the old Eventide H910, but there's only one demo song on their site, and I was curious to hear it on voices too. Unfortunately they have a no demo policy, only money back if you don't like it (which is weird but fair in a way).
Any opinion on Discord?

You might want to hold off on that for a couple weeks. We have Discord 2 coming down the pike shortly, which will be more similar to the H949 paradigm.

With Discord 2, there will be two separate pitch shifters for left and right. Each side will have a tempo-synced delay, LFO, hpf and lpf on the feedback, and cross feedback. Also, the pitch-shifters will be of a bit higher quality.

Speaking to Discord 1.5 (the current version) it basically sounds exactly like an H910; we added a couple features to make it more useful in a plugin environment, but if you're familiar with the 910 (and who isn't?) Discord 1.5 will do pretty much the same things.

I've been using Discord from audiodamage for quite some time.
For the subtle shifting that I do, it's wonderful, sounds great.

Interesting news from Crandall, thanks.
Of course any audio demo from users is welcome too :-)
