Hearsay or wishful thinking or actual information?
Downloads will be rolled out for OSX in a matter of days. Windows in a couple of weeks. If you're in NYC and would like to see them in action, please swing by the Harman truck on the floor of AES.
I only follow bugs that come in through customer service or through our own test program (don't have time to comb the web). I have fixed a number of related issues, so your problem may have been addressed.

If you read the thread attached to my post, you would see it HAS been submitted through customer service. So my question is legitimate.
For the record, your own posting statistics show you post on Gearslutz approximately once every three days....and YOU started this thread....that's hardly "combing" the web as you put it. You have more posts than me and I have been a member since 2002.
As the developer and writer of the code, I would hope you take ownership of the product and are open to free testing from a variety of sources (I, however, paid full retail price for the privilege).
I understand you have a process and are busy...so am I. However, if I get a chance to give information of value directly to the source that can affect a positive outcome...I usually do so rather than wade through the mire of faceless trouble-ticket bureaucracy.
My apologies for the misstep in this case, and thank you for your valuable time.....I'll not waste any more of it.
I look forward to a resolution of this BUG in the upcoming release since its presence has already been forwarded and subsequently acknowledged through the proper channels. (see my earlier post)
I don't see any mention of a 64-bit/Lion-compatible update for LXP owners? PLEASE...Please...please tell me that it's coming soon and not being replaced by the apparently less-capable MPX product.
Ironically, here I sit transferring all my licenses to my new iLok2, after making such a fuss earlier in this thread...and now this.

Yep, LXP goes to 64-bit as well. Shouldn't be long at all.

Nobody Special, will you also be developing an AAX version of the PCM Native Reverb bundle? We've just learned that RTAS is done after PT10 and your plugins are essential to my workflow.

Can't speak to future developments. Sorry, but that's been a policy for a very long time. We'll see.
It costs every software manufacturer a lot of time and effort to bring their software to a new operating system or new CPU. $100 for two new iLok 2's is small change compared to what you spent on your new laptop. Occasional small upgrade fees from major software makers seems fair to me.
And, perhaps these costs wouldn't be there if everyone actually PAID for the software they use!
whatever, next it will be ilok 3 then 4 etc etc. Its all just another way for them to milk every cent they can
The instruction to release the updates on our website has been given. There are a few minor snafus getting them up there (I'm as frustrated as you), but we're all done on the engineering and test side.

Nobody Special,
I just contacted Lexicon Support in regards to the updates and this is the reply that I got back:
"I do not have a release date available at this time.
I may be able to add your name to the Beta test list if you are interested.
Let me know
Regards,
Shane"
I'm really confused here.... Maybe you could shed some light on this?
Sorry... so does this mean that the lexicon reverbs work in Lion now? This thread seems to be suggesting they do, but on the compatibility chart on lexicons site Lion hasn't been added.
Just a heads up of caution to anyone who may be considering installing the update and is under a deadline.....
For my system, my configuration....the update is unusable. I am running Pro Tools 9.0.3 on a Macbook Pro with OS 10.6.7 and 8gb RAM. I downloaded the update specifically hoping they fixed the settings recall bug mentioned earlier in this thread.
However, update is causing CPU spikes and errors in Pro Tools that were not there in the previous version. CPU meter acting erratic and playback or recording impossible.
I tested this both in existing projects and in fresh projects with the Lexicon PCM Native Reverb as the only plugin.
During installation I did all the normal precautions...uninstalled the previous version, deleted all Pro Tools Prefs. Additionally, as a matter of habit I always zap PRAM and repair permissions after every software install.
I will of course submit this to customer service...but for now, I am stuck using the previous (BUGGY) version of the plugin.
After uninstalling the new version and reinstalling the previous version, system is stable again.
I have not tested the new plugin version in any host other than Pro Tools 9.
The Windows stuff is coming along well, although it will lag the Mac release by a bit. The Native Reverbs will be first because there are more people affected. FX will follow by a little while.
Whats the word on the hardware pcm96 integration with PT axx?
the unit is working great with PT 9.05 now
