Thread Starter | Algorithmix Red EQ in Wavelab 6 I have some troubles using Algorithmix RedEQ in WaveLab 6 lately. When i insert the plug-in as direct-x in WaveLab´s master-section and press play it is all ok - but when i render the file there are lots of clicks and crackles in the rendered file. It did not happen in WaveLab 4... I already set a very high buffer-size but the problem stayed the same. Anybody else knows this problem? I already informed Algorithmix, but have not received an answer so far. |

| WaveLab Clicks in Rendering I actually had this issue in WaveLab 5 when rendering some things with Waves Direct-X Plugs. Sounds pretty nasty. I'd hope it's just a Direct-X issue--haven't had this trouble with VST Plug-Ins. You might try updating Direct-X from Microsoft, or simply wiping WaveLab off the machine and installing again from scratch (removing it completely, rebooting, and installing again.) Hope this helps!! |
