I need a trim

Is there a trim plugin i can get for PT.

i believe you get a mono trim but no stereo.
Is that correct.

You're correct, but on stereo tracks you can select a multi-mono trim plugin. Both sides are equally trimmed when adjusted and when their link button is on (which it is by default)
