Where did Yellow Tools go? No Support?

I have 2 Yellow Tools Software Synths. They use the Engine plugin. I bought a Solid State Drive and now it is asking me to authorize it but my authorization is on my original hard drive and the extra one is on my laptop. How do I get the authorization off the old one and onto my Solid State Drive or how do I get the software plugin to see the authorization

I have sent them 5 emails to there Tech support, sales etc. I can not get any response from them. i thought they went out of business but they just sent a advertisment for a new product. They should stop putting products out until they help there customers first

Does anyone know how the hell to get in touch with them. Or did they go out of business
thanks

Don't think they went out of business (I too am having problems getting tech support replies, though I got one email from tech support on January 27th assuring me that my issues would be addressed... it's a simple library activation issue...).
Just keep hammering away at them, but also post the issues you have with them on the web (like here) to inform any potential customers of the poor tech support before they purchase from them.

Yellow Tools Independence Pro 3.0 is a great product. But I also have found the customer support to be very poor. Halion 4 is what I have my eye on. With Yamaha behind Steinberg now, I expect Halion 4 to be a real winner.

No Support From Yellow Tools

I've been using Majestic for over a year - nice bass sounds. But I recently upgraded my OS from XP to Windows 7, and Independence Player/Majestic would not install correctly. I have sent numerous emails, yet received no reply. I also inquired about their latest edition, which I would happily purchase if I felt there was anyone alive on their end. Not only will they not support their existing customers, they don't care for any new business either. Those damn pesky customers!

Yellow tools Invisibility

I succesfully registered a copy of the original MVI Culture Plug in - and have since sent 5 emails to support trying to get a response to the authorisation challenge code.

The 5 day authorisation window is history - so its a very disappointing performance by the absentees@yellowtools. And it's such a promising plug in.

Do not know if this any help but I purchased Independence 2.5 from a local music store and got installed and registered with out a hitch. I also went online and bought the 3.0 upgrade, installed it (getting the library to work was a bitch though). They must still be in business since the payment went through!

However, when I got sick of no replies to my emails (these were pre-sales questions) I got fed up and called Germany direct. All I got was a busy signal over and over..

Does anyone here know someone, or live in, Germany? Do me a favour and drop by Yellow Tools and tell them to "ANSWER YOUR PHONE" and "ANSWER YOUR EMAIL TOO!!!"

I just submitted a claim to my credit card company to get my money back from Yellow Tools. I consider myself to be pretty darn computer savvy and I've wasted most of my day today trying to get my Candy software to work. After 6 hours and nothing to show for it, I'm done. I'm kinda bummed out because it looked and sounded fantastic on the website but I can't be bothered wasting the amount of time that I've wasted with ZERO SUPPORT from Yellow Tools.

Sorry you had problems. It's a shame because Yellow Tools makes a great product. Keep a lookout for Halion 4 this summer.

I have the same problem with Yellow Tools !!!

I could not install my old Majestic bass software on WIN 7 64 so I went to their site and was convinced to upgrade to the Independence version of this library.

I paid for the upgrade and did everything that I was told to but from some reason I could not register the product, I tried few times again and again to register with the same orders but their site system continued to reject me and told me to contact support....

Well, I tried few times sent 3 mails and nothing, no phone option and no response,

That's a shame !!!

They accepted my money super fast but not my basic right for support !!!

I feel so stupid to pay them money and not even been able to use the product,

Is this real ? selling products without support in 2011 ???

I recommend to stay away from this company to anyone.

I was able to reach Christian with Yellow Tools at the YT forums.

Unfortunately, right now, it appears to be down to improve functionality.

Try reaching them at bestservice.de, as I understand YT is related to bestservice.de

Their support is non-existent. I have an issue with the 3.0 upgrade - after 4 emails I get nothing back.

They really are disappointing - the need to get some support staff.

Tomorrow I am going to find their phone number and call them. BTW - does anyone
have it??

They took my money - I expect some level of support

Independence now comes with Samplitude X (64 bit), so I guess some synergy with Magix might have to do somthing with this.

Great Sounds ZERO support

upgraded to indie 3.0 but cannot get my existing libraries to be recognised. it is reported i need the new instrument layers and they are available in the users area but they are not there. my product is fully registered.

i have given up after five or six emails.

what a total joke. pathetic.

like the OP says they take your money and that's all they do.

such a shame because Culture is by far the best afro-cuban library out there.

I just saw that Magix has transferred all Yellowtools accounts over to themselves. I didn't receive an email because I had switched carriers and have a new email. However, they allow you a free update of all registered Yellowtools products.
