Izotope Ozone: Good for dithering & multi-band compression?

I've been checking into something recently to add to my rig specifically for dithering and possibly help with mastering. I'm using Audition 1.5 which records and mixes down as 32 bit (floating point), so I'm looking for a program that will dither down to 16 bit, 44.1 after I've mastered a song, and possibly even provide some tools for mastering.

I see that the Izotope Ozone looks to be a decent package. They have a dithering tool in there that's been upgraded and supposed to be decent. Has anyone used this before? If so, how would you compare this dithering and loudness maximizer to something like Waves L1 and such?

I'm also interested to know if anyone has gotten any use out of the Multiband Dynamic Processor, if it's any good, and how well you think it would stack up against the Waves C4?

Thanks for any input, and if you've used anything else that you think would perform these functions better for the money, I'm also open to suggestion! thumbsup

The dither section is pretty nice. I haven't used the Multiband section yet.
