| Strange Audio Issue In Cubase. Anyone know what this is?
I was rewiring and changing positions with different speakers when I noticed this:
The left signal output is higher than the right.
At first I thought it was faulty speakers, but I soon dialed up different synths and audio files and they all produced the same results. The left output volume is higher than the right.
Lets say I take a simple saw tooth waveform in a soft synth and pan it all the way to the left - I get a higher output (both audible and on the soft synths meters) on the left, than when I pan it to the right.
Same thing with audio files.
Im using MOTU MKII soundcards on cubase. I checked the different channels in cubase and even when they are in CENTER pan, I get this issue.
Anyone know what the problem could be?
