Timecode sync?

Thanks for looking. Hope you can help. I am trying to sync a D8b up to A G5 running Logic 6. I am using a Rme Hdsp9652 Card With two midi in and outs. I can get stop and play working on desk transport but cant get timecode up on display or jog/shuttle?
Hope its something stupid im missing?

Try the Mackie forums...you'd be reall surprised at how many very intelligent & knowledgeable people are using Mackie stuff
