Waves upgrade path

I have Waves Masters TDM 3.6 (or version 3) that I'd like to upgrade so I can put it on an iLok. Waves only gives me 3 options, the newest versions of:

Platinum ($2400)
Broadcast & Production ($3000)
Diamond ($5200)
Can't I just upgrade to Masters 4? Or the latest version of Masters?

Regards,
Aaron

PS- I'm wondering if this is possible through someone like Alto Music or Sweetwater (that is, not upgrading to a bigger bundle, or to the latest upgrade).

Yeah, only certain retailers can sell upgrades, and I do know that Sweetwater is one of them... I don't know about Alto. All you have to do is give your registered user name and e-mail (not password) to your Sweetwater account rep and they can do any sort of upgrade or WUP that you need... they will have to get back with you about the pricing but it's pretty quick. I believe the pricing is discounted more than buying from Waves directly, so you should always go the route of the dealer. Sweetwater also does an electronic delivery method with an e-mail for the Waves plug-ins... that is cool.

And yes, you can just upgrade one bundle to a current version 5. Good luck with it...

Are you clicking on the upgrade link? Try clicking on get WUP. My understanding is that once you are under WUP, you are entitled to upgrade to the latest version of the product. That way you don't have to buy a bigger bundle. Then again, it might be more cost effective to get the bigger bundle.

Also, see the other thread: http://gearslutz.com/board/showthread.php3?t=50408

Call them, you can upgrade just the masters bundle- I did it a couple months ago, I think it was around $400.
