Arrow Sony EQ for RTAS or URS plugins?

Which you y'all prefer and why?

Thanks.

I use the TDM versions of those you mention and wouldn't give up either one. They're both very different and very useful.

The URS eqs are great, the Sony is probably a bit more flexible however. And if you get the Sony, opt for the GML eq as well.

A true gearslut would have both

They're both great, but I couldn't live without the URS plug's....

This is Gearslutz, get both!
Actually I use both of them, and find myself using the URS's for "flavor" and the Sony when I need an unobtrusive e.q. (if that makes any sense)

They are both the cream of the crop and I feel the same way about them as the guys above. Sony's are so great for detail oriented eq while the URS are great for overall coloration. I need both personally.

Sure. For example, Sony for cuts before a comp, URS for boosts after.

If you could only get one I'd get the Sony simply because its so flexible. the URS are more for broad strokes of flavor in my usage. I have to fix so much stuff I get, the Sony gets used first/most.
