It is really incredible, now in my private studio Altiverb 6, Lexicon PCM 91 and 960L are totally unemployed.

apple called back 10.6.5 so don't work on an update till they fix it.

sorry to hijack this thread but any other way of contacting you has not proven successful.
ever since i installed the new Softube reverb (Tsar) that comes with the new Ilok security program. my Flux plugin (Syrah,Compressor) do not work.
all i get is a message saying the plugins are unauthorized. no matter what i did, uninstalled the Softube, reinstalled Ilok driver's, and the plugins themselves, your plugins simply won't work.
after posting the problem on gearslutz i found out there are more users with the same problem like me.
i come here after i tried to contact your customer support by email at least 3 times in the last 14 days.
since i love your plugins and use the Syra quite a lot, and being in a mix session and not being able to recall early mixes i did to a client three weeks ago, just because i can't work with Flux plugins is a huge downer and a very frustrating experience both to me and the client.
can you please solve the problem ASAP?

Have you contacted Softube? Didn't they introduce the problem?

They're pretty good at responding to customers.

I have sent several emails over the last month to flux "contact" regarding i/o configs with pro tools le and Spat and had no response.

Is there a customer service dept. at flux?

It would be great if flux/ircam posted a video on youtube detailing procedures for configuring pro tools l.e. i/o.
I have demo'd the Paul Neyrinck Mix 51 plugin and they clearly explain how to configure the l.e. stereo busses in their downloadable manual with screen shots etc.

Could flux please post a quick vid showing internal flux multichannel routing, aux setups in the pro tools mixer and configuration settings of pro tools i/o in i/o window please?
