FAT 32 SCSI Drives won't mount with ATTO SCSI card on G4 in OS 9

Hi,
I've contacted ATTO about this, but haven't got an answer.

I've got a G4 Power Mac 450 Mhz OS 9.2.1
Using a Storcase Data Silo receiver with an Atto Express PC Pro. I can mount HFS drives on this G4 with no problem, but I can't mount any FAT32 drives. I have been successful mounting the same drive on my another G4 using ADAPTEC 2930 and 2940. I was also successful mounting the drive on a PC using an ADAPTEC card.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Specific details below.

From the apple system profiler in OS 9.2.1:

Drive Version: Not available (no mount volume)

Mac OS Partitions : 0

Removable: No

Vender: Seagate

Rev#: 0002

ID: ST39103LW

SN: Not avail

Size: 9 GB

Cap: 8.47 GB

Atto Express PC Pro
Model : DC
Rom: 1.6.6f
Card Rev: 20
Vender ID: 1000

Is there something on the drive you need? If not, try to format it to HSF+

I have PC based clients with data on FAT32 drives, so I'd like to easily take the data off on to my G4 PT's rig.
HFS drives aren't a problem.
