| MachFive is a problem. Unfortunatelly, MachFive is one of the most unreliable and missbehaved sampler plugin in the market. While DP users swear by it, it's the rest of the world that has trouble with it. It almost looks like the company does it on purpose. Motu's customer support is unresponsive and in some cases clueless. I've been trying to come to a solution for the longest time without any luck. My protools rig crashes while using M5 and my Logic rig displays no feedback on the sampler control pannel, no knobs no menus non wavemforms, it does sound thoug. These issues have lead me to discontinue its use. Please note the fact that Motu hasn't release any product updates since 2004. I find that to be very disrespectfull to the people that buy their products. I managed to make it show up in logic by downloading the lastes AU unit, please note that it will show up as an unsuppoerted instrument and the AU Manager will not validate it successfully, just ignore this.
