Is it limited to 44,1 khz ?

Yes, it runs natively and uses core audio infrastructure.

It´s about € 1.000.-, you get 10% of when registered Sonic Studio HD user.

As far as I know PMCD doesn´t support sample rates higher thant 48k and you cannot burn red book audio cds, which you sometimes will like to do. They reserve those features up to their new multitrack daw that´s about to be released by the end of the year.

After all it´s a fair offer.
