Music Business Software?

I know this way more boring then arguing about which DAW is better, but I was wondering what software you all are using for the business side of things. I am looking for some software to handle accounding, customer service, and all of the nuts and bolts of running a studio/label. I use the Mac platform so if you all have any cool little apps that help you out in this regard I'd sure appreciate it if you'd let me know. Thanks!

Check out Quick Books Pro. You can set it up for any kind of business and it can handle a lot of task. Not sure about mac though.

I can't say enough about Ibiz. elegant , easy , perfect Mac integration.

i've set up categories for everything conceivable for a producer/muso/ studio rat.

It could easily be configured for a label. Toggles timers on specific projects too.

Awesome, and there is a demo you can try: http://www.iggsoftware.com/ibiz/

I'm about to set the companion program " ibank" for my new biz venture as well.

I've been meaning to post here and ask if there is any interest in software geared towards the music industry and I think this thread has finally kicked me into gear!

I was once a programmer by day and I've built some tools for myself that help me track projects, clients, time and billing and I've often wondered if I clean it up, and distribute it, would anybody use it? Would anybody pay for it? Even in the low $20-$30 shareware range?

So tell me, would you?

I have been using Studio Suite by Altermedia for quite a few years. It works very well for most all types of studios.

Quickbooks Pro here, too. though they really don't have a business template geared to studios...

Yep, Craig turned me onto iBiz a while ago and I've been very happy with it.
