| depending on what you're trying to do you might need a mathematician more than a programmer. additionally, whether you are intending to write dsp code (TDM) or native makes a huge difference. |

| you should enquire at Voxengo or at PSP. both of those are small companies. the guy at Voxengo seems to be able write plugins very fast, and he seems to be into "new and different" stuff. |
