drum / synth programmer wanted

I'm a songwriter/producer based in NYC, please see my website here:

www.alexanderperls.com

I'm looking to hire a funky programmer (anywhere on earth with a high speed internet connection) who can do drums and instrumentation in the style of:

Madonna 'Holiday' or 'Borderline'
Gwen Stefani 'Serious'

I've got the song and vocal track all ready to go -- you can hear it here:

http://www.perlstrax.com/transfer_rock_tonight/

I'm pretty computer literate, so I would suggest we work this way.

1) I post a stereo AIFF file of the vocals for you, and give you the tempo

2) You come up with lots of ideas, and instead of doing a 'final' mix in your studio, you upload to me all the separate tracks as 24 bit stems -- for example, if you've got a great keyboard track, that's one AIFF file, your drum programming is another AIFF file, etc. You would also send me a demo MP3 mixdown so I can hear your proposed mix as well..... for this it's important that you know what you are doing with FTP and know how to make correct 24 bit AIFF files without problems

3) I do the final mix here in NYC, probably I'll end up looping and messing with what you send me a bit.

I'm offering to pay a day-rate for this workk --- explicitly all the publishing and songwriting rights would remain with me, should for some reason the artist/label I pitch this to want to use your production, I will happily to put them in touch with you, I won't claim to own any of your production work for anything but demo purposes. We can sign something to that effect before we start.

The deadline is 1 week from today for the AIFF files to actually appear in my incoming FTP box.

If you are interested, please send demo mp3s of recent work directly to me -- please send only in this style, rock or hip hip isn't going to help me -- perls@alexanderperls.com

I'd like to find a demo production partner who I can work with on lots of upcoming stuff, so I'd like this to be the beginning of a working relationship.

thanks
