Help/Advice 1st ComputerBuild

I'm looking for a little input on my first, and hopefully last, computer build...for a while.
I really am not so sure on the power supply. Obviously, I want quiet/sufficient power. There are just so many options.
Was wondering if I should stay wired(instead of wireless) for keyboard/mouse. Does wireless introduce any noise or interference issues?
Anything I am missing?
Thoughts?
Thank you

Everything is fine... Seasonic is one of the 3 best power supply companies... (Seasonic, FSP, PC Power and cooling)
(Corsair and OCZ are right underneath..... YES even though Corsair gets their main parts from Seasonic, seasonic still makes a better PSU people... deal with it
The only thing, 170 bucks is kind of pricey for a power supply for your system...
650w is good though.... a decent video card + your system would be pushing 400+
So having headroom is good...
Thats an expensive 650watter though... Its Gold certified... meaning its over I think 90% efficient at most loads
You can get a silver or bronze certified PSU thats rated at 85% and 80% respectively and probably pay a lot less... If you have the money though, this IS your best 650w bet....
I personally don't like a wireless mouse and keyboard... but its for purely personal reasons, like not having a backup Keyboard/mouse and then your batteries die (I know, there is a warning light, thats just a paranoid fear of mine though). I generally only like the wireless on HTPC's.....
but if you really want it or in some cases need it then go for it... nothing wrong with wireless.... if you getr a quality wireless set... which you did pick
Everything else looks awesome....

Thanks, for the insight. I'll knock around the power supply issue. I'm not so sure it's worth the extra cash or not.
I currently am using a Matrox G550(I think is the model) dual DVI card. I'm sure one day I'll get one big monitor....but this is setting me back a bit....so I have to stick w/ the 2 18" monitors for now.It is fanless and has served me well for a few years. Is there any reason I should not use it....or because everything else is new...just go ahead and get something new?
Thanks again

looks good, good thing you selected
a SeaSonic or all the PS 'geniuses' here would have your head :>)
you could proabbly get out cheaper if you had to, but all those
goodies should make a fine DAW system

I'm curious though.. why the 300gb velociraptor?

if that's meant to be your OS drive you wouldn't need anything so big.. and would be better off with an SSD which is quite a bit faster.

I guess I was thinking a 10k drive for OS would be good. Honestly, I know very little regarding SS drives. I understand the theory, but have zero experience with them. I'm also not sure about any temperature issues they may have. How big of a drive is standard for an OS drive?
I guess I have also seen a few raptors on this board used as OS drives.

The SSD's seem pretty expensive still....I think maybe the 150 GB velociraptor is what I'm leaning towards. It's so easy to get suckered in to ...."oh, it's only $20-$30 more...I'll get the bigger one"!

I am using an Echo Layla 24 pci interface. Is this going to work on a 64 bit system, or should I be building for a 32 bit system?

I have a 150GB Velociraptor as my system drive. Curiosity killed the cat. I was just so damn curious about them and kept reading about how great and fast they were that I just had to go out and buy one.

But the truth is I see no difference in speed over a regular 7200RPM drive. None. What I like most about my Velociraptor is the smaller size.
