Sonnox (Elite) vs Metric Halo (+DSP) ?

Hello,

I'm planning to buy the Metric Halo 2882 and be happy to know your experience with the +DSP bundle wich is sold as an option.

At the moment, the price of the +DSP license is roughly the same as the Elite Sonnox bundle with the Don't crack's group buy offer.

What do you think ?

The sonnox bundle isn't tied to the soundcard so its more future proof.....

I can't comment ive never owned a metric halo audio interface...

I have the Sonnox Elite and the Metric Halo +DSP bundle...if I could only have one I'd get the Sonnox. I turn to the Sonnox more often that the MH stuff, and most of the time with the MH stuff I want the channel strip & the character plugins... which you get anyway without the +dsp licence.

Sure, it's nice to have the choice of both, but I could happilly live without the +dsp licence if I had to. YMMV.
