Thread Starter | Has Anyone Done This For Their New Computer ?
Has anyone transferred their entire Windows XP HD (including all DAW+plugins) on to a portable/external HD and then hooked *that* up to their new Windows 7 (or Vista) PC in order to have their new PC equipped with 2 operating systems (1 OS for games, general use --- and the other OS for DAW/plugins under XP) ?

I guess not as no computer can boot from an external disk as far as I know. But you can have 2 or more operation systems to chooce in your computer. Also you can make a profile for DAW use contra games use. Matti |
