 | if you run the x64 version, but yes nuendo 3 will work fine under windows7 32 bit also  when you gonna upgrade to 4 or just wait for 5? im on nuendo 4.2.2 and love it.. been using nuendo since version 1... 4.3 was a little buggy for me
