| DP 6.2 Freezing During Drum Tracking Odd experience tonight. I was tracking drums for a client on Digital Perfromer 6.2 (on a Mac Pro 8 core 3.2) and using a Tranzport remote, tracking at 24bit/48 with about 13 mics. I'd record a pass and then use the Tranzport remote to bring me back to zero to start again and every time in the 2nd take, it would freeze and tell me there was an error. Now I used to track 14 mics at once on my G5 with inserts active. I didn't have any plug-ins in use and there's no way a Mac Pro 8 core 3.2 can't handle 13 inputs at 24/48. I'd have to get up close the track and open it again. I'm guessing something's funky with the Tranzport but I've tracked tons of projects at 16/44.1 and never had an issue. Do I have to increase my buffer size? Where do you even do that on DP 6.2? |
