Thread Starter | Drum Organizer Software Hi GS, I have drum software NI's Battery and Kontakt. They have plenty of what I consider good healthy drum sounds. My issue is that there are so many of them. I feel my creativity gets bogged down by selection. I've got 1000 drum snare samples and the only way I know how to go through them is by kit, alt-clicking the cell over and over again sorting blindly through samples in the Battery matrix, or just going to Finder and sorting out .wav files I've been sort wav files for snare drums into acoustic and electric for over half an hour and I'm like... ...Is there some software out the that could sort drums like Absynth: Snare, Kick, Hi-Hat Hard, Soft, Acoustic, Electric etc I feel like my two options are just settle with something even though it may not be the best or spend all day on them like organizing fonts. Is there an easier to collect and organize snare drums or a software that can assist in this or is this pretty much the end of the road? Any feedback if anybody has any would be helpful. In the meantime, I guess I'll go back to hitting the spacebar key. Thanks, -soupking
