Realistic Orchestral Sounds

I know nothing will sound like the real thing. Anything close? I heard the GigaStudio was supposed to be good but I record jazz. What do I know?

Look at sample libraries.

There are a LOT of really big and good saple libraries out there. We're talking 100+GB libraries for $300.

Actually, if you take the time to arrange and program the composition correctly, East West's Quantum Leap Orchestra will sound just like the real thing. It's phenomenal, especially if you're willing to get to know all of it's sounds.

I'm just looking for recommendations. Isn't opinions what this forum is all about?

I'm a studio owner not the keyboard player. The music will be arranged by a string arranger. Just trying to find something to keep the client happy. Sorry if I sound like a wise-ass. I'm not trying to be, but some things just happen naturally!

I can assure you that your string arranger will be more than happy with Quantum Leap Orch.
