I'm hesitatant to install X.2.6 I don't know if the USB bug is fixed, I don't want to risk it.
Please, if there is a brave one out there, let me know if it works.

Just instaleld the uodate

i just installed the X.2.6 update and the MIDI server keeps crashing, making PT 6.1 stop its startup.
None of my AMT8s are being recognized, this is very frustrating.

go back to the easy setup wizard install midi thing and refind your devices

Thre's a thin line between love an hate and Apple seems to be moving it arround for me, but when it works, I love OSX.
