Allen & Heath ZED r 16 Problem.

Hi first time here so

My name is Rico and so far since today a proud owner of a ZED 16 R
but i allready spend the whole day try to connect it to the PC
a XP dual core 3 Hz 4 GB but what ever i do it not working how ever
on my Vista Laptop it's running smooth..any idea somebody....
