Pluggo, any good? And a Hydratone/Phasetone question

Hey peoples

What's your opinion of the Pluggo package 3.5.2? Is it stable these days in Logic? Worth the money spent? Pros and cons?

And also, if I want to get Hyratone or try out Phasetone, do I need to buy Pluggo as well??

Much appreciated

To get TriTone plugs working
you only need the Pluggo runtime engine.
It's available on Pluggo's home site.

3.5.2 have had its issues, check out TriTone forum and the likes.

i bought hydratone a few months ago to use on my samp 8 pc setup. i installed pluggo but i have yet to get the damn thing to work. hydratone plugin comes up but no sound comes out of it. when i hit bypass the sound of the inserted track comes thru. the meters are moving and everything but no sound. i just chalked it up to incompatability w/ samp

Sounds like you perhaps have installed an HT update
without having a previous base version already installed...?

When I got the first demo, I had the same problem. Salvator sent me a new version and the problem went away.

To this day, when I'm making adjustments on one of the Tritone plugins, then I bring up some other plugin, I still see the name of the Tritone plugin at the top of the plugin GUI.
