Plugin develpoer required for simple non-existant plugin.

Hi, I have an idea for a simple plugin that does not currently exist. There are a few products that are in the realm of this idea but are way more bloated and cumbersome that what I am proposing.

I can see a large uptake of this plugin if it's development is well executed. I am happy to talk about $ with you for it's development but I am also happy to work on a pro-rata basis, we can discuss particulars over PM or MSN.

Preferably you will have strong midi and sysex knowledge and will have coded plugins before. I am working on a WinXP machine so I would need the plug to adhere to the VST 2.4 SDK but once it it created porting it to all other platforms is up to you.

I can think of another GS member who would also be very interested in this plugin and I will offer him the opportunity of designing it with me (via PM).
