Upgrading from Duet to Ensemble - any issues?

The tax situation came out in our favor so it's time to move up to an Ensemble. Do i need to uninstall the current Apogee Maestro software or can i just run the Ensemble installer?

You shouldn't have to reinstall Maestro, it should recognize whatever Apogee interface is attached. You might have to upgrade to latest firmware if your Ensemble haven't come with latest version. Congratulation on the upgrade, The ensemble is the most well built, great sounding, best looking firewire interface IMHO but thats out of the topic. =)

+1 for the ensemble, love it love it love it. As dcv said, Maestro will be fine - it's built to run a variety of Apogee devices. Make sure you upgrade your Ensemble firmware ASAP: this caused HUGE HUGE problems for me when I first got my rig.

Just pulled the trigger on a demo Ensemble from Sweetwater. Full manufacturer warranty + Sweetwater's 2 yr extension. Very nice price too. Now I have to play the waiting game...
