Sonar PE Upgrade from Studio vs. Full Retail

Hey all,

On a tight budget and looking to get Sonar 8 PE as cheap as possible. I found a place offering the upgrade to PE from Studio for $100 on sale and I am eligible for Academic pricing so this would enable me to get PE for a total outlay of $300, maybe a little less.

Is there any difference between buying PE in its own packaging and purchasing the upgrade, ie is there anything bundled (instruments, libraries?) that I might wish I had or does the upgrade just unlock everything?

the only diff will be the instruments and i think it's worth of it....dimension pro at least with new sounds introduced by the last update in dim pro and session drummer !
