Thread Starter | How do you use hardware effects with ITB mixing?
Hi All, Majorly basic question here: I'm running Digital Performer on a Mac. Interface is a Duet. How do I use my external verbs, compression, eq when mixing ITB? I'm interested in all things related such as latency/delay and signal quality loss. Thanks! Tom |

Quality loss will be determined by the performance of your converter you are sending and recieving with, the better the converter the less quality loss .... Hope that gives you some idea ..... | |

How about using the digitally connected effects units like the Lexicon MX400? Do these avoid the usual pitfalls of using outboard gear when mixing ITB? |
