Thread Starter | iLok Died
Confused by the iLok website (as I have been for years). My iLok is dead and I only have a couple of important licenses on it (Ivory being one of them). I have 73 demos over the years on it as well that I don't give a crap about so I am wondering at this point if I should just purchase another iLok and start from scratch? I wasn't sure what was involved in trying to get my two important licenses over to a new iLok. I hoped to call them and talk to a human but their site said no phone support (very annoying). Does it really make sense to go through the weeks long process of sending this one back for two licenses? I did look at old iLok posts here and went through their website but I'm still confused. Thank you |
