Quick Samplitude question RE:File Management

How do you backup a full session (where the individual audio may have been inadvertantly saved in folders they shouldn't have) to a new session folder, creating new copies of all audio files in the same place ?

...'RTFM'...I know, but it's at home, and I'm at the studio, and I'm lazy etc...

Cheers,

Nathan
