Question Comparable to Q10 but smaller

I have a couple Aardvark Q10's that I am pretty happy with. For a different location I would like to set up another computer running sonar with two inputs (just for overdubs.) What I would really like is a sound card with two XLR ins and mediocre built in pres in addition to two 1/4" inputs that I can plug a nicer Pre like my RNP into.

Anything like this exist in the $100 - $200 range?

I have no need for low latency playback or on the fly effect monitoring. Just a decent reliable card that can go 96/24.
